At BluZone Pets, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns & Claims
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request or report an issue with their order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at orders@bluzonepets.com with your order number and details about the issue.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with return instructions if your return is approved.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging (unless defective or damaged).
- Proof of purchase is required.
Store Credit Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit will be sent via email and can be used on future purchases.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the 14-day window. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
