Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery

All orders placed on BluZonePets.us are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are shipped via standard carrier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 3–7 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We are constantly working to offer the most competitive shipping rates available for our customers.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders of $89 and over. Check our current promotions at BluZonePets.us for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Shipping Destinations

BluZone Pets currently ships to all 50 United States. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We are working to expand our shipping reach — check back for updates.

Delays & Carrier Issues

BluZone Pets is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at store@bluzonepets.com and our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@bluzonepets.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us at orders@bluzonepets.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We process orders quickly — changes and cancellations can only be accommodated before an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
